You are applying for one of our kittens/cats that have been placed in a PetSmart Store, at a PetSmart event or because you are a returning adopter. To adopt, please click the link below and fill in the form.

Note: These are the two things that you will need before applying:

A copy of your driver's license
Your vet's information
