PetSmart Application

Thanks you for applying for one of our kittens or cats!

You are applying for one of our kittens/cats that have been placed in a PetSmart Store, at a PetSmart event or Pet SuperMarket. To adopt, please click the link below and fill in the form.

Before you move forward, we require an approved adopter to do the following:

1. We will deliver to your home.

2. We will coordinate scheduled visitations throughout the life of the cat.

3. We will also require a certain food for each cat, as well as the litter.

Note: These are the two things that you will need before applying:

A copy of your driver's license
Your vet's information
